I just started going to an new ob/gyn in Miami named Dr. Miranda. She is by South Miami Hospital and I think she along with the office is absolutely wonderful
Does anyone have a female OB/GYN that you really like? I live in the South Beach area of Miami Beach but am willing to travel for a good doctor. Thanks!

I absolutely adore my OB/GYN. Her name is Dr. Sureen Chi. She is located at South Miami Hospital. She is part of the South Miami OB/GYN associates group. All of the physicians in that group are wonderful, but, Dr. Chi is the only female. Their offices are clean and beautiful and the OB patients are separate from the GYN patients, so that helps speed things along in the waiting room. In addition, if you deliver at South Miami Hospital, you will love it. The rooms are gorgeous and most of them are private. The phone number is ###-###-####. I also live in South Beach and don't mind making the drive because it was the best practice I could find in Miami. Good luck.
Dr Sureen Chi is a female obgyn (in her mid-30's) in the South Miami area, her office is located behind South Miami Hospital.Maybe a 25 minute drive from South Beach. She is an excellent physician, also a new mom. She is Ivy League educated is my personal physician and my daughter who is in college also uses her. I have passed her name on to several friends who all have used her and have been very pleased.
Only complaint is slow pace of office, which usually means a wait. She does take what ever time you need and you never feel rushed, thus the wait at appointment time. Her # is###-###-####
Dr. Christina Pena located in Kendall Regional Medical Center is awesome.
She's my ob/gyn and I love love love her! I will never go to anyone else again. The office # is ###-###-####.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this doctor. She is awesome. She is not my actual doctor, mine is a man (but I love him too) But she was in the rotation when I had both of my kids and if my doctor could not deliver, I wanted her. I am always recommending her to people. She is very proactive, etc. If my dr retired, I would switch to her immediately.
Anyway, her name is Dr. Manal Antoun, ###-###-####.
She is out near Baptist, which is a great hospital. My favorite in all of Miami. I also live in South Beach (for over 14 years) and have traveled out to my doctor this whole time. He is worth it! We were considering moving to NC and I didn't even want to move until I had kids because I wanted him to deliver them. (He is Dr. Dimino, in case you are interested).
Anyway, I highly recommend her. And their office staff is always very friendly.
Good luck, hope this helped.

I use Dr. Kramer in Mt Sinai. Her office is always busy so expect a long wait.
I know you said female...but I'm not sure how important that is to you. I really like my ob. His name is Dr. Edward Wagner. He is in Hollywood, FL. I think that's probably about a 30 minute drive for you, but figured I would mention it in case you are interested. Best of luck! I know how hard it is to find doctors/dentists/etc. when you're moving from out of town and don't know anyone to know who is good or bad.
im looking for a female ob too.
Also moved here from Boston and dont know a soul

Hi
Welcome to Miami Beach.
Everyone seems to like Dr Bitron at Mt. Sinai
also, Ferro and Michaels are very good too and not as long as a wait.
