My husbund and I are looking for a CPA person specialised in small business. I used H&R Block in the past but they are very pricey and going up with the rate every year.
I would prefer somebody that comes with very good references.

I would guess that a CPA would be more expensive than H&R Block, but you'll also get someone who is familiar with you and your business therefore get much better service.
