am involved in bike accident ,from that too many big injury found in my face ,now injury scarp was still .what kind of face cream is useful to remove my scarp from my face . what i do .the injury scarp has as long as about 2 year .there is no change in this .so pls sujjest the cream to shinny my face and remove my dark scarp from my face
Retin A can exfoliate the outer layers, but it is a prescription. I've also heard about the vitamin E caps mentioned earlier by someone else.
There are no over-the-counter creams that work. You should try laser therapy to build up the collagen and make the SCAR less noticeable. After that, plastic surgery is an option but it will be much more expensive. Good luck.

I'm sorry. The only thing I know of to remove or hide a scar is plastic surgery. Consult a plastic surgeon to see what they can take a look at your scar and see what they can do.
I would not suggest ANY ointment or cream - the ones that are on the market, in my opinion, are a gimmick and waste of money.
One of my brothers had a scar that was a deep gauge from a biking accident. My mom applied vitamin E capsules (she would poke a hole in the capsule and squeeze out the liquid) to the scar twice a day until it disappeared. She heard about it a year or two after the scar happened so it worked on an old scar. Vitamin E capsules are inexpensive - try it for a month and if it doesn't do anything, try something else.
I do not know of any Over The Counter medications/creams/ointments that work. I have heard of Vitamin E and Collagen. I don't believe that these items will REMOVE it. I believe they will lessen the line/scar.
Talk with a plastic surgeon, several, to get different opinions and options on what can be done to help you.
Mederma really helps fade scars. It's sold OTC at Target, Wal-Mart and any basic pharmacy.
You can buy Vitamin E lotion and put it on your face everyday. It will greatly diminish if not remove the scar all together. My husband had some serious scars on his face from a roller blading crash and it worked for him. Can't see his scars at all. Good luck!
