My sister is getting married in July. She needs dresses for a 2 year old , 8 yer old and 3 year old who will be in the wedding. She doesn't want to spend a lot of money. Are there any consignment or second hand stores in the Cleveland area?

What can I do next?

There is a great resale shop in Strongsville called the Neverending Child. It is on Pearl Rd in the Staples Plaza. They have a whole rack dedicated to formal wear.

If you go further down Pearl Rd by Walmart they have the Salvation Army Thrift store also worth a try.

Also - store's like Target and TJ Maxx are starting to put out their Easter clothing already - that could work depending on how formal she wants.

Hope that helps.

Look for The Growing Years, Childrens Orchard, or Once Upon a Child. They all carry gently used childrens clothing, and I know I've seen formal wear at those shops.

Does she want them to match? If it doesn't matter, I have a once-worn flower girl dress in a size 3T. Send me a message if you're interested.

This is not a second hand shop but it has cheaper and super cute formal dresses and suits for kids. Burlington Coat Factory. Gorgeous girls dresses ranging from $20-60. It's worth checking out.

If you don't find anything at the consignment shops, try looking at Burlington Coat Factory. There is a Baby Depot inside and they have so many clothes for kids. Beautiful dresses! And very reasonably priced. They also have first communion dresses which would probably work.

A few ideas for you -- First coming up in the next few months are alot of kids resales where you can find lots of kids stuff really cheap. Many of them have fancier dresses, easter dresses, or even 1st communion type dresses you might use. You never know what you can find.

Also shop after easter clearance -- I found a dress for my daughter (a flower girl last Aug) for 75% off at JC penney. Worked perfectly!

You can also go on Craigslist and check out what's offered there or make a request -- someone might have what you need.
