Seeking Inexpensive Hair Stylist in South Charlotte

I live in S. Char. and went to Salon Collage when my son was born (he's 21 mo. now). I also needed inexpensive. Lorna is who I see there. She seems reasonable to me. I think it was about $30 for a cut. I told her to just wet it and cut. I didn't need shampoo. I think blow dry and all that was extra? I've been about 3 times now and like every cut I've got there. I've only been maybe every 8-9 mo. if I'm lucky! Her # is ###-###-####. Please tell her K. recommended her - I've been so infrequently I don't know if she'll remember me : ) The salon is on 51 near Bally's Gym.

I used to go to ICU hair salon in South Charlotte (over by the Lowe's - in the shopping center with the Food Lion and Burger King). Maria was the one I went to - she charged a lot less to color my hair and did a great job - was very thorough and careful. (She owns the shop). I imagine the others there are good too, but I always went to her.

Modern Salon and Spa has a location in Ballantyne. They have stylists that start at only $35 or $40 for a haircut. Ask for a junior stylist they are the cheaper stylists, some of them have been stylists for a very long time, but have only been working for Modern Salon for a short time and thats why they are "junior stylists" They do a great job!
