hi wonderful mamasource moms (and dads)!
my brother in law and his wife are in need of a washer and dryer for their new house they are renting. money is very tight for them right now but they work hard to get what they need. our nephew (their son) is 2 1/2 and is an adorable child that we adore. any suggestions would be great!!!

Check the Star Telegram...thats where we got ours ...complete set for $100. We needed something really cheap too...the ones we got are nice too. IT took a couple of weeks looking in there but it was worth it.
I don't know where you are located but keller appliance (in keller) has washers and dryers starting at $100.

I have heard that there is a Habitat for Humanity warehouse that sells new appliances (like washers and dryers) for very cheap. I think it's in Fort Worth. I know, not much help, but maybe a place to look?

They could even rent a washer/dryer, I'm just not sure how much that would be.
