I have an awesome recommendation!

CPR Resources

It's taught by Austin Fireman. If anyone KNOWS and USES emergency response techniques, it's a fireman. They are super knowledgable and personable. I've take the class twice from them and they make it entertaining and funny so you remember the material. They also do a section on first-aid.

It's not expensive and they do classes all over Austin, just look on their website and call them.
