I would try St. Timothy's Preschool. Also here is a website that you can find other moms in your area: www.meetup.com. I belong to N. Charleston Military Moms and Tri-County Moms.
I've just moved here & need to enroll my son in a K-4 program. Are there any good ones in the N. Chas. area?

Hi E.. My name is K. and I live in Summerville with my hubby and 22 month old daughter. I'm not too sure about the programs in N. Charleston, but I do know that there are several Chruch's around there that offer programs, and I'm pretty sure that there is a La Petite Academy as well.
If you are interested in a Moms/Playgroup I have one listed in Yahoo groups.

If you have any questions let me know, I would love to hear from you! Welcome to the neighborhood!

My 4 year old went to Metro North Church's (Goose Creek--near the Publix and Bi-Lo) preschool program last year (as a 3 year old), and will be in the 4-year old class this year (3-day a week). They also have a 5-day 4 year old program (K4) and K5. My 2 year old will be going for the first time this year to the m-w-f preschool. Both kids have fall birthdays, so they're always the oldest in their classes. I'm really pleased with the school, and if you're interested, the number is ###-###-####.
E.,
At Divine Redeemer Catholic School they have a K-4 program, it is great! The other program is in Hanahan, Let Me Be Me I think is the name of it. It was ok. I wasn't thrilled with it but some are.
