I'm a working mom, but I think that given you caring for 3 young children, you truly should realize that the best use of your time is in raising and caring for your children. You can't put a $ measure on the value of raising children well. I would suggest you spend the next few years enjoying your kids and thinking about what you might like to do with your life once your kids are a little older and maybe look into taking some classes part-time. Perhaps, when your kids are older, you could work retail around the holidays in the evenings and weekends to give your kids extra dad time and get some extra $s. I do know that the biggest benefit of my working hasn't been the $s I've brought home, but rather it's forced my husband to spend more time with the kids. Having worked when my kids were that young, if I had had a third, I absolutely would have chosen to stay home until they were at least in elementary school. These years are just too precious for you to miss them.

By being at home and taking care of your children, you are actually avoiding cost. You are helping to save your family about $2,000 a month in daycare expenses. That's pretty good!

However, I understand that $$ can get tight when raising kids. I work from home for a corporation. But I also just became an eSpecialist in which I sell other peoples items on eBay for them. I reseach each item, take the photo and list the item for my clients. It's fun, and you can work it around daily activities. With 3 kids, i'm sure you have tons of items you need to get rid of, and so do your mom friends. That could be a great way to bring in income every month.
