My son is allergic to dairy, eggs and soy. The cakes that I have made are from a brand called Bob's Red Mill. They are gluten free and dairy free. That way you know they are completly free of any traces of dairy. I don't believe they call for milk to be added just water, oil, vanilla. You can use rice milk if neeeded. My husband even thinks it's good. And if your daughter can have butter you can make regular frosting. I hope this helps.
