I am a full time working mother of two boys ages 3 & 1 and it seems all the play groups are during the day. I was wondering if there are any play groups in Frisco for early evening or weekends? I would like to meet other moms in the area so if you guys know of anything that would be great!

I am not aware of any groups that are not during the week. I definitely think one needs to be formed. I have two girls, 2 1/2 and 7 months. I would love for them to have a regular group of friends and for myself to have a regular group of moms to talk to.

I will keep an eye on the site to see if anything is posted.

Hi D.! I am in the same boat as you. Full time working mom with an almost 3 year old son and a 7 month old daughter. I would love to be able to get together with other moms some times, but all of the play groups are during the day. Maybe we could get something started????

I can feel your pain. I work full time too & a few years ago I was in your shoes. It seems like most playgroups and child activities cater to the stay at home mom. That's great, but it makes it difficult for those of us that work. My daughter is almost 5 and I started my own playgroup when she was about 2. She and I both built some great friendships and we still get together to this day. Email me and I would be happy to give you some tips and advice on how to get one started. You'll be happy that you did!
