I'm looking for a mom's group or play group in the Glendale/Peoria area. My son is ten months old and is not in daycare. He's really not used to other kids, so I'm looking for a smaller group. He's starting to take an interest in kids his age, and I'd like to get him involved with other little ones. I've been in Arizona almost 2 years and am having trouble making friends. I'd be interested in just getting together with a few moms with little ones.

I would love to get together for a play group someday. I am a SAHM to a 14 month old boy.
I have noticed that it is really hard to get into play groups because most of them are pretty "cliqueish" (sp?) :o)

My friend and I were just talking about how we wished we could find a moms group. I have a 19 month old son, and she has a 13 month old daughter. Maybe we could all meet up at a park or something to give our kiddies a chance to make some friends?????
