Seeking Moms' Group in Walled Lake Area

I am part of a play group that is run through www.meetup.com. It is in Fenton, so probably to far for you but you should check the site for one in your area. If there isn't one near you, you could start one or be put on a list to be contacted if one is started in your area. It is a very safe site and your info is only available to group members and then only the info you want them to have. The group I am part of required a face to face meeting in a public place with the organizer before you could join for the safety of all the families which made me feel alot safer about joining something like that on line. The moms are great and we have meetups about every 10 days. We also have mom's night out, family events and couple nights. Hopefully you find something!

Try looking on the playgroupusa website. Thats how I found my playgroup ...there wasnt any in my area so i started one and now i have a great group of friends from it.

Hello! I am a Kindermusik teacher at the Abilities Center, which is on Maple, off of M5 - right by Walled Lake. We have started family groups on Saturdays and the bonding has been amazing!! Also, we're starting a new group that would be appropriate for both of your boys on April 4. It will meet for 8 weeks. The cost is $100 and a materials fee of $50. The families that are going to be in it are fabulous - and I'm not just trying to sell you something!! The classes are going to be from 11:00 - 11:45.
