I know my request sounds strange to some of you but here it goes. I was wondering if anyone of you are looking to start a group of Friends? I am hoping to find friends that are wanting to go walking(with and or without kids), exercsie for health and fitness, outings(with and or without kids), getting together for Bunco(girls night), cards, game night(with and or without spouses and kids). Moms that are wanting to find friendship. I am very much a people person and love getting together with other families, who like to do family activities. I don't know what type of music you listen to butif you live in Michigan I'd like to invite you and any children to a Christian concert for the youth @ Northwood Presbyterian Church on 14 & Lahser Rd in Beverly Hills, Michigan this Saturday night, 3-28 with the band "Sevenglory" A great band. There will be youth leaders and youth there. I belong to a great group called the Newcomers Club of Macomb County. Please check out the website. newcomersclubofmacomb.com. We have all kinds of activity like bunco, book club, lunch group, playgroup. In fact in April, we have group going to Pump it up. Plus they are having an Easter kids party. Like the other mom, I, too, have my hands full. I wish I had time to do activities you mentioned, but I don't get away from the kids ever. However, I do have a suggestion for you - have you tried a Mom to Mom or Mops group? It would be a great way to meet friends. You could just look up the groups online to find one in your area.
