My prayers are with your Mom, you, and your family. May her life continue to reflect and shine through you and those who know and love her.
My Mom Richie ( Mom,Nanny,GiGi,DoeDoe,and Best Friend) at the Fantastic Life Age of 88 has had a stroke and is preparing to go Home. Please help prepare all of us that love her to wish her a Marvelous Journey. Her life is filled with compassion and she has touched thousands of lives in the most Godly of ways. She is a true Prayer Warrior! For her the Cup was always Half Full and if she were dealt Lemons she would make Lemonade and share it with anyone and not keep any for herself.
My prayers are with your Mom, you, and your family. May her life continue to reflect and shine through you and those who know and love her.
Dear C., I will lift your Mom (Richie) up in prayer. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you now and will be afterwards as you grieve her loss too.
My prayer will be that you and your family will be consumed by God's peace, the peace that passes all our understanding (Philippians 4:6-7) and that the Holy Spirit will bring you great comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-6 and John 14). I was so comforted when I read in your note that your Mom is an awesome PRAYER Warrior, so you know that as a Christ-follower she will be transitioning from the debilitating effects of a stroke on this side of life into the arms of Jesus on the other side.
Please know that God is with you now and in the days ahead. Your Mom is 'passing the baton' on to you with the incredible legacy of being a great prayer warrior, a hand of compassion and I'm sure much more. God will give you the strength to walk through the valley of death with your Mom. And, if you are a Christ-Follower too, then you know that this is NOT 'good-bye', it is just 'see you in a little while'.
God is and has prepared your Mom for her homecoming!

C.:
What a beautiful picture you paint of your Mom. She is going to be with the Lord and to a place hardly any of us can wait to get to! I pray that her transition between here and heaven be peaceful and those left behind rejoice in her memories. Lean on Him, for He is always with you. Allow yourself to miss her, but know it will only be but a breath before you are reunited with her in His kingdom. Glory to God and Praise Him...for you were given such a wonderful person to be your Mom...and she was able to bless this earth for 88 glorious years. We will be praying for your Mom and your family.
God Bless,
Rebecca
People find this weird but I do not believe people go to heaven after they die. I believe that they are in a deep sleep and that there will be a resurrection and that you will be able to see your mom again when the time comes. Not ill, but in a very healthy form. My husband's grandmother passed away not too long ago and in her funeral invitation it says, "...though I be all forgetting, yet shall not be all forgotten. But continue that life in the thoughts and deeds of those I loved." I could have not said it any better. My sincere prayers are with you.
C. my prayer for you and your family
Lord bless this family as their mom comes home to be with you lord. Give them a piece that surpasses understanding and a knowing that your will be done here on earth as in heaven. Father place your angels all around this family as they help their mom, cradle them in your arms lord so that they know it's ok and she is with you in heaven for ever and ever Amen.
C. I understand my mom went to be with the lord alittle over a yr ago. Blessings to you and yours
C.,
I work with your friend Diane. You and your mother are in my prayers and thoughts. I know this is a very difficult time, try and find some peace and comfort knowing that God is there for both of you and her destination is a reunion of all her friends and family that have gone before her. Celebrate her life it sounds like is has been wonderful!

If your mom is ready to go Home with Him, then celebrate the life you had with her and continue her legacy of love & compassion, spend as much time with her as you can. Allow Him to comfort & strengthen you, He has told us He will never leave or forsake us, trust Him to bring you through this time now and when she has left and He will do it. God is faithful and your mom has finished her time here and it is now time for her reward. Psalm 23 to you & your family.
C.,
My heart goes out to you for obvious reasons. I will pray as you requested and have asked for additional prayers for your Mom Richie.
God Bless!

Hi C.! My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. Just continue to lean on God and each other and you'll get through this! What a lovely tribute to your Mom...peace and prayers!
Losing a loved one is always hard. I take great comfort in knowing that my loved ones are warm, safe, and happy in God's care. Death is really only hard on those of us left behind. It will be very hard for a while, and you need to take good care of yourself and be nice to yourself; it's supposed to hurt, and that's ok. After a while, the pain will be replaced by wonderful memories and smiles, and since you know your mom will be in heaven you will be comforted by the fact that she is happy and waiting for you and her other loved ones. My prayers are with your family that God gives you the strength to get through this time. It's wonderful to have time to come to peace with God's plans.
