I am wondering if anyone knows of any good rental homes under $1500.00 Per month.
We need atleast a 3 bedroom rental home.
Ive emailed a few places but it seems most of the homes are gone or are already leased
Any offers or suggestions would be greatly appreciateed.
I am not looking to buy a home at this time.

I agree with Lynn, realtor.com is the best site to find a rental home. We found our rental home from realtor.com and I am so happy. We are off of eldorado and independence, great neighborhood and the reason I know is because of realtor.com. They were very thorough in the information that they gave.

I was in the same boat two weeks ago. I researched rentals.com and realtor.com. Both sites have rental homes but with realtor.com(or realtors.com) they actually give you a MLS listing along with more specific information on the home(like room demsions, etc). I found the house that we just signed a lease on at the dallas morning news website under classifieds. We are moving to Mckinney, right off Stacey and 121(very close to Allen). This is much more house that I was expecting...2000sf, 4br, 2ba, 2cg. New hardwoods, tile, paint and a great neighborhood with 3 community pools. We are going to pay $1395 per month. There are a few more homes in the same neighborhood that are for rent. The houses were build in 2000-2003 . I hope this helps...God Bless!
I just looked on the MLS and there are 15 homes listed for rent under $1,500 in Allen. That's too many to list here. Send me a note and I'll e-mail you a list directly.
