K.,
I teach lessons from my home at Cooper/Riggs in Chandler. Below is part of an email I sent out to my student's moms.
Swim lesson season is here! Our pool has reached 80 degrees, so I think it will hold that water temperature, especially by the afternoon hours, with the help of this air temperature, solar panels, and solar cover. Our pool is a salt water pool, so it is easy on our skin and eyes.
I WILL be teaching swim lessons again this year at my pool in Cooper Commons at Cooper/Riggs. I won't be travelling to other homes for lessons this year. The format is still the same as past years.
You can bring your kids to play in our house with our toys while waiting their turn in the pool or for a playdate during a sibling's lesson. I ask you to keep an eye on my two kids while I'm in the pool. Ryan is now 6 and Evan is now 3.
The rate is still $20 per 1/2 hour lesson payable in cash or check. Pay at each lesson or for the week. No cancellation policy, no sessions, no contracts - same as usual. I recommend 3 or 4 refresher lessons for accomplished returning students and lessons twice a week for 3-8 weeks for new students or beginning swimmers depending on progress and goals. This is my 9th year teaching swim lessons. I'll plan on teaching M-F 9-5 or so.
I am taking new students this year, so feel free to keep my name circulating! I thank you for your trust in me to teach your children well and your referrals to keep me teaching more kids the life skills of pool safety and swimming!
