For our softball team when my daughter played, we made a scrapbook of pictures for each girl. Each mom made her daughter's page and then we also had a page of baby pictures, a page for coaches and then several pages of game pictures and articles photocopied from the newspaper.

We made one scrapbook and then took it to a Kinkos-type place and had it color copied and bound and gave it to each girl on senior night.

ADDED: And we gave the coach the original scrapbook. (If you all get together at someone's house you can whip something like this together in one night. I'm not good at scrapbooking and even I was able to do a couple pages.)

If you are doing gift bag type things, the girls in my sons' high school LOVE crazy socks. Just a fun idea and you can find some really fun patterns and designs.

Depending on how much are you looking to spend, I think the girls will love this unique hand creme/lip balm combo called Duette by Votre Vu. Here's the link to it: http://www.votrevu.com/sites/sallybriar/productcatalog?pa... and it retails for $39. We also have a smaller version called bebe Duette, 2 for $38.50 if you're looking to spend less per girl, http://www.votrevu.com/sites/sallybriar/productcatalog?pa.... What girl doesn't use and love hand creme and lip balm? Votre Vu ships directly to you and quickly. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm guessing time is short as the season is just about over, so here are two pretty good ideas. If any of the girls (preferably all of them) know what college they will be attending already, tshirts with their new school's logo were a huge hit for my daughter's softball team last year. In addition the girls gave smaller items in their gift-bag, like a bag of candy or assorted candies from the store. Maybe for the girls who are undecided (or aren't attending college) a gas gift card would be good.

The second idea was great for my daughter's volleyball team - this one might take a tad bit more planning but again, was a big hit. The juniors made each of the girls one of those no-sew flannel blankets. On one side they had the girls favorite sport team (my daughter's was the Cubs) and the other a complimentary pattern (she has it at her dorm and I don't remember the other side) like zebra, polka dots, or a favorite solid color. They were so cool bec. the girls all knew each other so well, that it (even now) brings a tear to your eye. There was the girl who really was into penquins instead of a sports team and another who liked flamingos. The instructions are online just do a google search.

My other daughter made one of these for her boyfriend for Christmas and it cost her about $25, I think (the fabric stores always have coupons in the paper). Good luck and have fun putting everything together!

My daughter's coach is lame. He didn't even want to do senior night. The team mom got them scarves and a tshirt from the school store and then a bunch of 5 roses tied with baby's breath and balloons.

I like the scrapbook idea.
