Hey mama's!!
I have yet another website question!! I would like to create an online store to market and sell items. I create custom cards, invitations, party favors, etc. I'd like to make a website where I can either just market what I do--provide photos, rates, etc. With this option I would just have it set up where interested individuals would have to contact me to place an order. Another option I have is to create an outright store, where I can sell my in-stock items, bulk items, or have the option for people to contact me. With my first option, I do not need a shopping cart, but with the second option, I would.
Do any of you have recommendations as to who I can go thru?? I've seen a few sites, but the prices are outrageous!! This is just a hobby I'm trying to make more of. I don't have the money to pay $500+ up front.
Thanks again for your input!!

I guess I should add....I have an etsy shop!! I want a website more to showcase and be able to have orders placed. With etsy I can only sell what I have on hand. There's really no way for people to place specific orders! I was thinking more of creating a website / domain where I can showcase everything, allowing people to browse what I have done & place orders that way. So, I guess more of a custom site is what I maybe should have said!!

What can I do next?

Try Web.com. They have a few different options, all relatively cheap, you can create your own domain, have a shopping cart, etc.

Etsy and artfire are my favs. You will have to advertise for yourself but that is relatively cheap with project wonderful and ad sites. Etsy gets better exposure but you will also notice that you get lost in the numbers rather quickly
