Sounds a lot like my daughter when she was an infant. We made two switches, that seemed to do the trick. First of all, we switched formula to Good Start. Never went back, unless we were really desperate (out of good start and no money to buy more at the time!). Also, we switched bottles. When she was first born I used Avent bottles. I loved them, except that I was asking everyone for advice about her gas problem, and people told me to try Dr. Brown's bottles (forget those! expensive & p.i.t.a. to clean) or Playtex drop in's. So from about 1 month old until she grew out of bottles, we used the playtex drop ins. That way, you push out all the air just before you give her the bottle, and therefore she is sucking in less air when she's drinking. Good luck!
