The symptoms that you are describing could just be that things have yet to be settled since you miscarriage but the fact that you are having some pain concerns me. Also that your breasts are still sore. I had all these symptoms and was spotting when I had my ectopic pregnancies. I don't want to scare you at all but both times my doctor told me that I was having a miscarriage but after some time I still "felt" pregnant and my tests kept coming up positive. I ended up going back to have a sonogram done and they located the pregnancy in my tube. It happened to me twice. One ruptured and required an emergency surgery.
The pain I felt was much more than cramps. It was VERY painful and almost couldn't stand up when they happened. At the very least I would suggest that you look up the symptoms on the web and check it out. It might be wise to seek medical attention.
Best Regards,
C.

I've had miscarriages in the past but I had to keep going back to my hcg levels checked until they were at 0. So I'm not sure why your OB didn't have you do the same. I don't think this is an ER type of issue, I would wait it out until Monday, if there is anything left inside of you, it's not going to be life threatening so I'm not sure a hospital would even treat you for this. If anything they'll recheck your numbers but if a DNC is needed, then they'll most likely refer you to an OB. I wouldn't worry much about it, you can even call your OB's office if it worries you that much and have the on call doctor call you back to answer your questions. I'm almost thinking you could possibly be pregnant again if you were active soon after your miscarriage, I've conceived 1 mnth after having a miscarriage and went on to have a healthy full term pregnancy. Good luck with everything, sorry about your loss.

This same thing happened to a friend of mine. Her Dr. told her to go home and take it easy, that she indeed was having a miscarriage. Her #'s were down and she was bleeding severely. Well, she really did not have a miscarriage and ended up delivering a healthy baby girl months later. So, maybe you really didn't loose the baby and are still in fact pregnant. Go to the Dr. and get checked out. I would have a sonogram done.

If it is severe cramping go to the ER. If you can deal with it wait awhile and see what happens. I told you before you needed to wait before getting pregnant again. It can take up to a month before the hormone levels go back down.

It took me about a month to get the pregnancy hormones out of my body after I miscarried last year. I did bleed for about a week but all of the other symptoms pretty much went away. I'm just wondering whether you conceived a second time and maybe having a second miscarriage. If you have insurance that would cover the cost of the ER visit and it's not too busy in there tonight (out here in Vegas, you can actually call the ERs to see which one is the least busy -- at least that was the case a couple of years ago for me), then maybe it would be best to go there and have it checked out. Otherwise, if the symptoms are not to uncomfortable, I would suggest staying in bed this weekend, just in case you are pregnant, and call your OB/Gyn on Monday to ask for an appointment ASAP.

Sending prayers of healing to you right now.

I would definitely seek medical help. My friend had a similar experience and needed more medical intervention.
