With all due respect, mamapedia is not the place to ask this question. Call your OB immediately and seek medical advice from a professional. Hope all works out well for you and baby!
I'm having a sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my abdomen that radiates up and down. I'm feeling very minimal movement from the baby. It hurts more when I walk around and when my husband presses down on it. Should I go to the hospital? Could it be my uterus?
Went to the hospital. Turns out my uterus is very irritated. Had some contractions but there were only 34 seconds long. They gave me a shot of a muscle relaxer which stopped the contractions and the pain for the rest of the day. Today, the pain is back, my back is killing me and feeling lots of preassure down there. It can't be long till i really go into labor, hopefully:/

Hi Elena
I would ring the hospital and ask them what you should do.
I would hate to tell you that it is stretching, braxon hicks etc and then you were in labour.
The baby being quite can be a sign of early labour but also maybe he/she is asleep.
Sorry I am not much help so ring and see what they say.
Whatever it is best of luck with pending motherhood.

no one will (or should) advise you without a physical exam. Go see your OB or go to ER.
yes-go-and get it checked out!
go go gooo to the hospital please. Hope all is well with you & baby.
Yes go to the ER NOW!
I had similar pains. Mine turned out to be a slight bladder infection and braxton hicks. But better to be safe than sorry.
Hope you are okay.
Yes you should call your doctor, but that happened to me too and it was gall stones. It was VERY PAINFUL (my second baby so I new that location was not contractions). I was so relieved to get pain medication and they put me in the hospital for one night. They wanted to find the stones, but they did not and the pain subsided. No matter what it is though, you should get it checked out. Good Luck.
It could be a braxton hicks contractions, but I wouldn't rely on our answers to be on the safe side. Call your doctor's office ASAP and see what he or she wants for you to do. Most ob/gyn's give a number to call for after hours help on their message machine.
