I would try some of the stage 1 fruits. (Apples and pears are more plain/light for the first fruits and easier to digest than some of the others. If that doesn't work I would try prunes, but she may not need those if the others work.) Fruit has fiber which helps adults stay regular, and it's the same for babies. Fruit actually has more water in it than veggies, so that might help too. If Anaiah is in any pain from the constipation, I would call the doctor, but if not, just try the fruit and see if it works.
