Hi A.,
Sorry for the late response, but I'm just catching up on my mamasource email. I haven't been on in awhile because I was studying online to earn my MBA. Well, today I graduated, and it's a great feeling. I'm a SAHM of three kids, ages 9, 7 and 5. I would not have been able to do it otherwise. In this crazy economy, an advanced degree is helpful when looking for a job. I did my coursework while the kids were in school, and at night, since I'm a night owl anyway. I had great communication with my classmates who were local, nationwide and worldwide. It's good to know that if I decide to travel, I could look up a classmate in the area and meet up. In fact, some local classmates and I will be celebrating our achievements and meeting for the very first time. It is challenging, but very rewarding. I graduated from AIU, and the coursework is hard work. We worked individually, as well as in groups. If you're considering online study, I urge you to go for it after you have researched the program and made sure it's accredited. AIU is on the expensive side, but they work out reasonable payment plans with you. Good luck in your future endeavors.
