Stroller Suggestions - Olathe,KS

I am trying to decide between two strollers. I have it narrowed down to the Maclaren Twin Triumph and the Peg Perego Aria Twin. My daughter will be a little over 2 1/2 years old and my son about 6 months when we start to use this stroller. I have looked at all of my options (sit and stands, tandem and other side by sides). I would like your opinion between the two brands or if you have one of these strollers, I would love to hear what you have to say. It seems that for every good review I read about one these strollers or companies that I also read a bad review. Therefore, it is making it very difficult to come to a final decision. Also, I cannot go to the store to try them out because through Babies R U--they are on-line order only. I have a hard time spending this much money on something that I cannot try out.

I had a really hard time deciding between these two as well. I ended up with the Maclaren because the weight limit is so much higher than the Aria. The stroller has been great.

Be careful with Maclaren, some models have been recalled this year but as far a durability, lightness and overall great construction you can't go wrong just check the consumer model numbers to make sure you don't buy the model that was recalled. I don't know anything about the Peg Perego but just like the S.H. suggested, I would go and "test drive" one in the store because there is nothing worse than a stroller you hate....trust me I am on number 3.

WE have Maclaren twin traveler and I really like it. TWin Triumph did not really work for us since my kids are 40 and 50 LB now and traveler and techno are just more solid, they also have better sun protection.Maclaren is more compact than peg . and just my personal preference the handle position is more comfortable:)

Hi S. W: My kids are much older now, 11, 13 & 15 but when they were smaller I owned both a double and single Peg Perego stroller and can not say enough good things about them. I am sure technology has improved and I never had any problems with either of them. They make a sturdy, easy to use, dependable stroller and that would be my recommendation. The money is well worth it!! I hope this helps!
PS I used them everyone, on the street for walks, in the malls, at outdoor malls and loved the ease of the strollers.

If you can I'd really go with a stroller that you can actually see and touch and try out in a store.
And since it is an investment of good money.

i do not personally have either of them, but i have heard a lot of the peg perego and it has generally been negative. that they are bulky and hard to steer. I just got a joovy caboose and i am totally in love with it. I took it out to the mall today and it was amazing.
