The Elm Fork Education Center at UNT offers some great educational weeklong day camp programs. These are hands-on science activities that the kids really enjoy. Go to their website and scroll down to "Explorer's Camp 2010" to download the brochure and register for classes. The camp runs from 8 am - noon, but you can add on Afternoon Discovery Camp. http://www.efec.unt.edu
The City of Denton, like most cities, offers weeklong day camps with lots of field trips, swimming, etc. You can download the Play Guide at www.dentonparks.com.
