Do you have a normally lower body temperature? I do, my normal body temp is 97.3-97.9. I took it every day at least once at different times to crate a valid chart. At the time my cousin in Provo had been diagnosed with Wilson Syndrome. I know that when it first came out a lot of professionals kind of debunked it but it fits so well with her symptoms and my symptoms too.

What I got out of the research I did was that the body is a finely tuned machine and if even one aspect of it is not working within it's standard needed area the rest fall short and a body ceases to function at the peak of expectations.
The thyroid puts out the right amount to stuff, it does it's job just fine. BUT the body is too cool for the catalysts to work and something happens to the enzymes. So the thyroid products float around with nothing to do because they are not processed to be used due to the body being too cool.
I think she did some natural stuff but she also took some kind of pill that helped her to raise her body temp. It was something she was going to have to do every day for the rest of her life. It is no different if she had been diabetic or had a medical issue that required help like a bad heart. She felt so much better when she started the medication. I haven't talked to her in years but I know the last time I talked she was doing all kinds of stuff like hosting a cub scout group and acting as their leader sometimes.
I made a whole package of large men's tube socks into rice warmers and they really help me. I heat them for 1 minutes per each warmer. If I put 2 in the microwave I heat it 2 minutes. They will be so hot you can't touch them but I can put them in the bed under the covers and when I go in to bed in a few minutes the bed is warm and my feet and legs warm right up.
I didn't even sew the socks shut, I tied a knot in the open end. Take the long white sock and fill it about half full of plain white rice from Walmart. Then tie the end shut.
