I have heard it is a wonderful program. I looked into it with my kids and you have to keep a food diary. It was too expensive for me, but I wanted to. Good luck.
I am wanting to know if it is a good idea to start my 19 month old son with swimming lessons and if anyone has heard anything about Aqua Kids.

We LOVE Aqua Kids in Keller too! My daughter is 2 1/2. We took a break in the winter and wish that we had not...b/c they really will lose it. So, I agree with Amy be sure and continue it if you start it that age. We started at 18 months. We also highly recommend Shelby. Good luck and have fun!

Both my kids go to Aqua Kids and we love them. My son is 4 and my daughter is 22 months. My daughter started lessons at about 16 months and has 8-10 second breath control and can swim a little by herself. The one caution about starting so early is that you will need to continue the lessons in order for him to retain what he is learned. I feel like if we stopped lessons with my daughter for the winter, we would have to start back at square one next summer.
We have been very pleased with Aqua Kids in Keller especially Kathryn, Shelby & Wally. They are patient, kind, and caring. They will even do a free trial lesson for you. I would live them a call.
I've taken both of my children to aquakids in Keller. They were older when we went but both have loved it. I don't know anything about a food diary that someone else had mentioned. There are small classes which I love and the teachers seem to be very good and patient.
