Larkin Dance in Maplewood is suppose to be great! It's also extrememly exspensive.
Does anyone know of a studio where a 3 year old can take tap dance lessons in St. Paul?

We have had our daughter take lessons at Legacy Dance in Oakdale for the last two years and now our 3 year old is going to start this fall as well. Miss Therese has been AWESOME!!!!!!! I have some issues with the owner because she seems a little money hungry, but she is nice otherwise. It is very nice and not horribly expesive like Larkin and some other. They also try to save you some money on costumes by having one that they change skirts with to go from tap to ballet (for the end of the year recital) I know a girlfriend took her daughter somewhere in W. St Paul and they had 3 different costumes...and all a lot of money.
Does it have to be tap dancing or can it be a dance similar to tap? My daughter has been taking mexican folk dancing lessons(lots of tap/stamping )For a group called Los Allegros Bailadores(Happy dancers)the lseesons take place at OUr lady of guadalupe churdh on concord in saint paul. Mexican fold dancing is similar to tap because of the foot moves Classes don't start until the fall there is a summer program but that is only offered to the older kids.
Yes, Corrine's School of Dance off of Dodd Road in Mendota Heights. The location borders West St. Paul and is close to Deleware Avenue. She has an open house coming up in a month or two and lessons start in August or September. She actually taught me as a child and I highly recommend her. My daughter will be joining in the fall as she too will be three.
