Signing my son up for tennis camp and the club requires all white. They play on red clay courts. Any tips for what to buy? Should I bet cotton? Or am I better off with under armor or Umbros (soccer) sort of stuff?

Thanks a bunch

I would call the club's tennis desk and ask, I'm sure they can tell you where most parents get their stuff.
I suggest calling the club also because these places sometimes have rules and dress codes, speaking from experience!

For shoes you can get a bar of Lava soap. Wet the shoes and rub the bar of soap on the surface of the shoe. Don't push too hard or you'll end up with a hole.

The light clothing? I'd probably do synthetic if it let stains go better. They look nice all the time and don't look like they need ironing all the time.

I agree with Mamazita, call and ask the pro shop what they recommend. Also, see if they have any sort of hand-me-down shop where people can donate/consign old whites that no longer fit. Sometimes they have that stuff but don't advertise it.

I would go online to SportsDirect and get him some adidas shorts and a white sports shirt. They have reasonable prices. I hope he has fun! Both our kids loved taking tennis a year ago.
