I would make some homemade cookies then put them in a cute cellofan bag, (you can get them at the dollar stores) put a ribbon on it and a little Thank You note attached. Not expensive at all and it is the thought that counts. Good luck to you.
So, we're moving next week and I want to get my son's 2 preschool teachers a little thank you gift. He's only been with them for a month, but they've been great so far and he loves them! They've gone above and beyond to be welcoming and make my son feel loved and have really taken time (that I didn't ask for or expect) to explain what happens in the class room and the things my son does...all good.
Any ideas? Nothing really expensive or extravagant, but nice.
Thanks!
Thanks so much for the great ideas. My son said he wants to make cookies, so I think we'll do that. and then maybe a classroom book.

I work at a preschool...I think anything is a sweet gesture.
We really do not expect gifts...
Maybe something for the classroom? A book?
A basket of snacks they can nibble on during the day? Make cookies or something?
It is the thought that counts.
a book or two for the classroom. starbucks gift cards, or Target.
one month...a handwritten thank you & a bouquet of flowers
A plate of homemade cookies.
Or a bag of Einstein Bros bagels and their honey cream cheese!
A cute little plant for the room.
you could give them a single flower each
Giftcard, nice card that your son decorates and or maybe a small plant.

If its only been one month, I would do as someone else suggested, a book or two and a handwritten note of thanks. If you want to do more, some homemade cookies would be great too.

They have GREAT photo gifts.
The photo magnets are not expensive, well made, good quality and my son's Preschool teachers, LOVED it.
And do a handwritten thank you note with any gift. Not a generic note. But each one, customized to the person and handwritten. From your son and you/Hubby.
A gift card to Mardel's or someplace like that is always a great gift as we always need supplies for our classrooms in an era of non existent budgets!
You are such a thoughtful person!
