I have looked for Kushies or Gerber cotton padded training underwear with or without waterproof cover, and I cannot find them in any actual stores - just online. Does anyone know where they are stocked in an actual store? I do not want to use disposable "pull ups" for several reasons. Thanks very much!
Eden's Baby off of Blanco is the only place in the city that I know of that sells cloth training pants. They are great. I got all of my cloth diapers and cloth training pants from them.
I know they had Scotty Potty Pants at Sweet Repeats off of 1604/Nacogdoches. It's a resale shop, but obviously the training pants were new in package. You may want to call before heading over. The shop itself is great though. :-) Here's a link about potty scotty.

I have found them at Wal-Mart and Babies R Us, but they're not with the panties. They're with the cloth diapers. Good luck.

I just bought the gerber padded cloth training pants at walmart... they were in the infant section on a wall display of gerber items like washcloths,multi-pack onesies, and gift items...
I don't know about those brands. But, I found training pants at Target, I believe. Maybe Walmart? But, I think it's Target. Have you tried Babies R Us? I use training pants at home and pull ups when out.

You can purchase the cotton underpants or the lined plastic by Gerber at Target and Babies R Us. Both stores sell out fast. I sold a bunch of plastic lined underpants at Kid to Kid on Bitters. You may want to call and see if they have any of either kinds if you can't find them at Target.
I bought the thick gerber underpants and also the gerber plastic covers at Babies R Us. They had them in girl and boy colors.
I have found them at Wal-Mart, they don't always have them but if you stay diligent you can usually come across them.
