I moved overseas when my DD was 4 months old. Never had any issues and she slept the entire time. If he gets fussy and you can't get up to walk him around try a pacifier dipped in sugar water. My pediatician recommended this but only in an emergency. I never tried it but have heard it can work well. Otherwise I don't think there is much you will be able to do. At this age all mine did was eat, sleep and poop and not much else.

I think a 3 month old will easily sleep with all the white noise. Keep some bottles on hand of course but I will bet that the baby will just sleep. Airplanes are great for that!

Not really your question, but I did want to recommend you get Earplanes Earplugs to equalize the ear pressure on the airplane. They work perfectly! You can get them at CVS or Target (ask the pharmacist). If they are out of them, you can ask them to order them. Make sure you take extras in case one falls out and gets lost on the plane of the floor. You can use the child size on the baby.

Hi I don't know about entertainment, but someone told me part of the reason why babies cry on airplanes is because they pop their ears when the air pressure changes. So during take off and defending/landing make sure the baby is sucking on a binki or bottle tohelp their ears adjustto the pressure.

A 3 month old will probably enjoy walking up and down the aisles more than anything. I travel a lot with my daughter and at 3 months she was either nursing, sleeping, or pooping on the plane.
