I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time getting pregnant again. It took me year with my first one so I have wasted no time getting pregnant with two and now three.
What my OB/GYN told me, after I had fertility testing and everything was ok, was to chart my basal body temperature. Which I know you said you, but you would be surprised how many people do it incorrectly and don't put it on the actual chart that the doctor gives them. I have two girl friends who were doing it wrong for months. You must take your temperature at the same time EVERY day, BEFORE you get out of bed. I set an alarm clock for the same time everyday, even Saturday and Sunday, and took my temperature, wrote it down and went back to sleep. You need at least four straight hours of sleep to get an acurate reading. Once I got up, I would mark it on the graph with any other notes, i.e. mucus discharge, sex, cramps or bleeding. After three months I brought it back to my OB and she reviewed it with me and pointed out my cycle. On top of all of that she said if I was truly serious about getting pregnant to have sex every other day until I became pregnant. It only took a month after that and I was pregnant. I know having a 10 month old, you might not want to have sex everyday other day. Trust me I know how you feel, but it is worth it in the end. You didn't mention if you are breastfeeding or not, but I will tell you it doesn't make a difference. My daughter was 9 months old when I got pregnant the second time and I was still breastfeeding, but it did take us three months to get pregnant again. I never had one period before I got pregnant with number two, but I was charting my basal body temp the entire time.
Sorry for the long response. I hope it helps. Good luck getting pregnant!
