First relax and make sure there is no stress. The more you worry about it, the more your body will feel the stress. Next, I would try OTC Ovulation kits. Last, have you heard of or tried Glyconutrients? I know a number of woman who have had fertility problems or high risk pregnancies, that have used the product Ambrostose and within 2 months of taken it have become pregnant. The ladies I know who were high risk tell me that their "normal" pregnancy problems never happened and that when they gave birth it was less painful and less bloody. Perhaps it could work for you? https://www.mannatech.com/Shopping/ProductCatalog.aspx
There is a Fertility/Midwife I know that requests that all her client be on Ambrotose prior to conception and then throughout the pregnancy. She has a VERY high success rate with the products and I would refer anyone I know to her. Her name is Dr. Vicky and here is her site... http://www.healthyanswersonline.com/

With my daughter it took two weeks after my last period on the pill and I was pregnant!!! With my son 4 years later it was 3 months off the pill and an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) before i got pregnant. The first two months we just went about our own business doing "it" whenever. I was never regular when I was off the pill so had no clue when I was ovulating or not. Apparently we were missing it because the month I used the kit and got a positive we ended up pregnant. If your gyn says there is nothing wrong then try the OPK and see if that gives you a better idea of when you should "try".

Hi B.,

I was in the same situation as you, my first was unplanned and happened so quickly and it took a year from the time my husband and I decided to have another one to get pregnant again. I, too, was having issues with my cycle where I would get it one month and then skip two months and it was constantly changing ever since I had my son. I was recommended this book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" (http://www.amazon.com/Taking-Charge-Your-Fertility-Annive.... I'm not much of a reader, but I got pregnant a couple months after getting this book. The key for me was to pay attention in the change of my cervical fluid/discharge. Now I'm due in October with a little girl! Good luck, try not to get frustrated. I would recommend also using an Ovulation Kit if you don't want to be bothered with a book.

Well, all 4 of my pregnancies were "surprises" I'll say. But I did think something was wrong because there were 5 years between my 2nd child and 3rd pregnancy. I like a lot of holistic/natural healing methods and started to change my eating habits and exercise more. i don't know if that's what did it, but I'm pregnant again. There were almost 2 years between my 3rd pregnancy and my 4th. I've heard that belly dancing is good because it helps to build the muscles in the lower region and relaxes you.

Also, try to not to stress yourself about it because that can make it more difficult.

I highly recommend a book called Take Charge of Your Own Fertility. It teaches you how to track your cycles, so you can tell when you're most fertile, and if you're not ovulating.

My advice is to see your gynecologist. Sometimes there are infections in the vigina that can go to the uterus. There is a condition called entometriosis that can interfere with fertility. There are lots of reasons for having trouble becoming pregnant, but a doctor is the best source of information on your problems. There are doctors who specialize in fertility issues, maybe your gyn can refer you to one.
