I did not have endomitriosis, but do have PCOS and went through years on Clomid. I finally had an experimental surgery and ended up pregnant 7 months later (after almost 6 years of trying).
I also have 2 friends with problems. They both have endomitriosis and one of them also has PCOS. The latter of the 2 was told she would never have children and was told that as a teenager, but now has a 5 year old. The other one with just endomitriosis got pregnant 6-12 months after her surgery.
Your surgery was just 2 months ago. Maybe your body just isn't quite ready yet. I am not sure of your age, but hang in there and give it some time. I KNOW how frustrating and emotional it is-like I said, I went through it for 6 years just to have my first and she is 2 1/2 now(I was 32 when I had her). You will always have your son and be thankful for that, but NEVER give up hope. My friends and I are proof that it can happen. Take care and Good luck!
