Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, Nose Job

Hi everyone
I know it sounds awful to post that I want three procedures, but I have always wanted a nose job (It looks like a butt crack, I'm not kidding, it really does. We just didn't have any money before) and also I have been thinking it is about time to reverse some of my after baby body.
I have a few questions. First, is there anyone in AZ that you highly recommend that is Board Certified? Also I'm uncertain as to when to get the procedures. I was considering getting a breast augmentation and nose job, and then later getting a tummy tuck. I was thinking about doing it this way in case I decide to have another baby. I was going to do an augmentation through the armpit and under muscle to try to make sure I can still breast feed. I was thinking they would look more natural after a pregnancy than before which would be nice, but I don't want them to be saggy (I do NOT need more of that lol). Does anyone have experience with this?
Anyway, I just want to reiterate that I am not surgery obsessed I'm just looking to fix a few things and be done with it.
Thanks for your help

What can I do next?

Check out this website - These ladies can give you great information and great recommendations for doctors. The site shows you how to research and find a doctor that is board certified.

I found my plastic surgeon through them years ago.

Hope that helps.

be careful, if you really feel so many things are "wrong" with you, than I doubt surgery will make you happy. Maybe try one surgery, and than see how you feel about the whole experience before moving on the next procedure. and since they are very different procedures you may need to use different doctors. When I had my breast reduced I found the best surgeon I could find, but all he did was breast reductions, nothing else, that is what made him so good at it! Also, just because it says "board certified" does not mean it is in plastics. A dentist is board certified. you need to be sure the certification is in the correct field, because there are doctors you are certified in other areas that do plastics for extra cash.

Go ahead with the nose, but I would not do anything to the body until you KNOW you're done with having kids. I think you're setting yourself up for heartbreak otherwise!

Honestly, I would do the nose if you are in a financial position to do so, and wait on the other until you are sure you are don with kids. Each prenancy/BF will change your figure, so you might as well fix it all at once. It is hard to wait - I am waiting to do a reduction, and BFing my last. But I think it will be worth the wait :)

Good luck!!

I am not sure about any reccomendations, but I think it's best to get them done at the same time. I am not sure of your age and if you can just hold off a few years until you have decided if you are having more or not, but that is my suggestion. I am with you on wanting to tweak somethings that have been bothering you - and if you are in a place where you can I wish you all the best. Please research your doctor(s) and see a few before making a date. I have even heard that bringing someone with you that has a "goal" size/shape etc helps but is not needed.

Do nose and breast now. Wait for tummy tuck. I have had so many procedures myself. The worst was a SECOND abdomen lipo. I have a sack of fat that is just there and can not really suck away. Any SECOND procedures should be avoided as they will NOT make you look better. Know that the fat cells now have to go SOMEWHERE. Mine are now in my arms and I have to do daily curls to keep them slim. But all in all it was worth the money! If I had to do it now I could not afford it as I am semi-retired.

I had a full tummy tuck and liposuction on my arms 5 months ago.
I would suggest that you knock as many procedures out at once as you can, since going under always has risks. However, those are long procedures and you'd be under for awhile. A reputable doctor would warn you about that. (Ex: my two procedures together took 4.5 hrs).

I agree with the others. Wait to do anything to your body until you are DONE having kids. For the TT, most doctors won't do it unless you confirm that you are done.

And good luck. Do them in the colder months, if you can. You'll be swollen, bruised and genearlly out of comission for a few weeks, and the swelling can/will continue for a few months post op. If you can hide it under clothes, you'll be happier.
It was the best decision I made for myself, and I would do it again in a heart beat! :)

Go for it! As a mom, you spend plenty of time taking care of everyone else's needs and it's time you took care of yourself. Don't feel guilt just research as much as possible the pros and cons of each procedure. I myself had my nose done when I was 21, so it's been years. I cannot recommend a good doctor but always ask others who have.

Best of luck.

If you are really unhappy with your nose, maybe look into having that done first.
If there is any chance you are going to have another baby, wait for the other two.
A tummy tuck would be a waste of money to look good until you get pregnant again.

I mean no offense to anyone, but I would never want something foreign inside my body to make my boobs look bigger. Especially if I was planning on having a child or children afterwards.
My mom and sister have large breasts naturally and they always talk about how hard it is to find things they can wear without their boobs hanging out.
I'm thin and lithe. I like my small chest.

Everyone has the right to do what they want, but I would wait on the tummy tuck and breast work until you are certain you won't have any more children. Pregnancy changes our bodies so much.

That is just my personal opinion.

Best wishes.
