Absolutely I would recommend California Baby. It's expensive but it lasts a long time!
Another option is Dr. Bronners castile soap. You can get it at Target also.
My 17 month old has a mild case of eczema. Actually, it hasn't appeared for quite awhile, but that is because I use unscented everything. I have been using Aveeno unscented body wash and it works really well on his body, but it seems to have stopped working on his hair. The day after I wash it his hair doesn't seem super clean...a little dull and oily on the top (his hair is kind of long). This same thing happens to my daughter if I run out of her shampoo and use body wash for a few days on her hair. Anyway, Wal-mart only had Aveeno shampoo that was lightly scented. The only other shampoo there that wasn't scented was the Johnson Johnson yellow shampoo, but there is not enough moisture in it and he gets eczema from it. My question is: what kind of shampoo do you use on your child that has eczema? Where do you find it? My stores here are Wal-Mart, Target, Krogers, Albertsons, CVS and walgreens. We have a babie r us in another town.

California Baby - from Target
california baby - the one that is unscented. my daughter has had it in the past and all the other products made it worse. this is the only one i use on her hair and it works well and it is tears free. check out their website because you can search products for your skin situation and it will tell you which ones you should try. it is cheaper at target then at babies r us or whole foods. i have also seen it at buy buy baby.
California Baby. They sell it at Target and Publix.
I have had eczma for over 15 years and have always used doves uncented and or sensetive skin, shampoo and conditioner products. My 6 year old was diagnosed with it a few months ago. As far as lotions go we both use Lac-hydrin (it is a precription lotion) on our bodys and my son uses Aquaphor on his face. Other great over the counter body lotions are Goldbond, AmLactin, Eucerin and if your kidos skin is realy bad you could even use the Aquaphor all over the body too. Make sure you are using a sensetive clothes soap. I recomend All Free And Clear. Dreft is also a good one. Regarding the hair, use a leave in conditioner. It will help to keep the scalp moist, Dove makes this product as well. Another thing you could try for a detangler is walmarts brand of no-more tangles. Lotion Lotion Lotion all day... keep the skin moist so it dosent break, because then the lotion will sting and be painful when you put it on.
My 10 year old has eczema and his dermotologist recommends Dove unscented products. It works really well for him.
I really hope you get a lot of answers I have used Panteen and Suave with my daughter and she is still getting the red rashes on her neck. I am on the hunt for a hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner too.
Hi C.,
I would recommend that you use ShakleeBaby. It is organic, as are the baby lotion and diaper rash ointment. They also make the best and safest supplements. You can find it at http://www.shaklee.net/healthforlife

I recovered my son from very bad eczema. www.livetotalwellness.com/behomenow
Dove soap is actually one of the dirty dozen according to the acs.
The yellow Johnson's shampoo is actually the LAST thing you want to use, especially on a child with eczema. This is because it contains a formaldehyde releasing agent called Quaternium-15 (or Q-15). This has been known to cause things such as skin irritation, insomnia, coughing, headaches, nausea, nosebleeds and skin rashes. It is also allergy-producing, a neurotoxin, and a carcinogen. Some of the most irritating and allergenic preservatives contain, release or break down into formaldehyde. Not only is this used in baby shampoo, but is also widely used in deodorizers, disinfectants, personal care products (including shampoo) and cosmetics (including nail polish and hardeners). Apparently, the purpose of Q-15 is to act as a preservative, other than that, I am not sure why it is used. The Johnson's 'all over body wash' also contains Q-15. The shampoo I use for my son (as well as the body wash) comes from a wellness company who's products are ALL environmentally friendly, and contain NO harsh chemicals, guaranteed! A lot of people with skin irritation problems, as well as other health difficulties, use this line of products, and see major improvement in their condition.
If you want more information on the line of products I use just send me and e-mail: ____@____.com
