Urine Odor

personally, I'd try moving the diaper pail to the garage and I'd open the windows at key times to get air flow. I know you are in MN and it will get cold, but maybe just 15 min in the morning while you all are eating breakfast?? Will your diapers freeze in the garage?
I guess you could also try a smaller diaper pail and doing more smaller loads daily. (I know, I kind of want to shoot myself for suggesting this - who has time to do MORE laundry - LOL) just a suggestion.

I was like that with my 2nd child, so I just got rid of the diaper pail for good. I kept a bag of grocery sacks on a high shelf, and every time I changed his diaper, it went into the sack and immediately out to the garbage can outside. It was the only way for ME not to smell it. Others said they didn't notice, but it really bothered me. Was it more work? Absolutely, but it helped tremendously. Move your big garbage can to a convenient location by the back door, and consider it extra "exercise" to walk out to it each diaper change. :) Unfortunately, diaper pails are just gross. Good luck!

We used to put the diaper pail and anything with urine odor in the garage. This really kept the smell down since the garage got a lot of ventilation during the day.

Scentsy (non toxic, no parabens, no soot, smells amazing) and XO Odor remover (can be found on amazon, can be sprayed directly on fabrics or in air, works like a miracle and NO harsh chemical smell). Between those two items, our house smells amazing with two potty-trainers and one bed wetter!
