Sure, there are a few great ones in Chicago. Since you aren't in Chicago, might I suggest Mexican food. Lots of great options.
Lots in LA, but that seems a rather long commute?

We have several here in CT , as well as some great established raw food cooking class restaurants but you'd better invest in a really good GPS.
I thnk theres a great one in Falls Church called The Sunflower? Try googling.

Just about all restaurants have vegetarian choices these days. Have never come across a vegetarian restaurant.
Use yelp for your area. And there is a feature before you ask a question to mark if it is specific to your location. You must not have done this, I'm in CA.
