You'll notice it first in the first place you typically gain it.
For me, it's my thighs. I can tell when I'm eating too much or have been sloppy with my diet. My thighs gain.
Same thing when I lose.
For anyone who has tried and has successfully lost weight, where is the first place you noticed it?
Well, I would REALLY like to keep the boobs, I told my hubby if I lose 50 lbs I want a boob lift! lol, and I do MEAN it! I have lost 6 lbs, but the only place I notice it is my face, which dont get me wrong not complaining, I hated the puffy looking face, but I would really like to start fitting into some of my cuter clothes. :)

Hips and butt. And I hate that! Those are the 2 places that I wanna keep the weight!
The first place I lose weight is in the boobs.
The last place I lose it is in the stomach.
Wish it were the other way around.
I just recently lost 32 lbs w portion control and I ( and everyone else) noticed it in my face and back. Yesterday I started doing a new workout to tighten up!
My stomach. My stomach will loose ALOT of weight before my thigh and hips, but its harder for me to gain weight in my thighs and hips so it evens out.
Butt and thighs. My stomach never seems to go down with multiple c-sections :(
I lose weight from the outside in.

Face and neck
lower legs and lower arms
