I did Weight Watchers for the first time and lost 20 pounds, and used the idea loosely to lose my 50 pounds of baby weight. I found that the easiest way to make sure you're losing weight is to drink a ton of water. I also bought Cooking Light magazines - the nutritional information is at the end of each recipe so it's easy to find out how many points it is, and because it's real food, you can eat what feels like normal portions but still go easy on the fat and calories. Plus, trying new and interesting recipes (if you like to cook) tricked me into thinking I was eating more decadently that I actually was.

Good luck!

I've been doing WW online since I had my son almost 2 years ago. I love it, I have lost almost 60lbs since I had him. I love the online version because I can find recipes, read success stories, go to the message boards to get ideas and encouragement. I've never been to a meeting, I don't feel the need to stand on a scale and have someone else weight me, the thought intimidated me. I was on high blood pressure medicine before I lost the weight and now am off of something I took for 11 years, I have more energy and feel great. Just find people who will support you. I think it is a great program! Good luck, you will do great and just remember that it's not about limiting to certain foods, just enjoy everything you like in small portions. :)

My sister lost 65lbs. As a personal trainer I have had clients very successfully lose weight on Weight Watchers. As long as you stick to it faithfully, you will lose weight. Make the commitment and do it. Also don't forget about exercise. If you want the results to be permanent Diet (healthy eating choices) & Exercise has to be a lifelong commitment.

After knee surgery I put on 20lbs!!!!! I used the Weight Watchers online to lose the weight. I really liked it. If you have Bluecross Blueshield they also have a diet program online for free. Check with you insurance company.

I gained 30 pounds with my third pregnancy and already was overweight 10 pounds with my previous baby. While bfing and having three kids it was hard to visit gym at frequent basis but I am happy that mummy magic tea did great help shedding 30 pounds in two months. Still I have to lose 10 extra pounds and hope these will go off just in a few weeks. Don't start drinking it or using any other stuff or workout before two months of baby birth.

Jolie,
I have the same problem - I found a new product called Ztrim. I am very excited about it. It is all natural fat replacement and since it is corn fiber it makes you feel full so you eat less. I eat because I am bored - but since I started using this I feel to full to eat. I just started but 4 pounds came off with no other change. You just subsitute up to half of you fat in any recipe- it takes the form and flavor of what you are mixing it with. I put it in my butter, brownies, Lasanga and I keep trying it with new ideas. You can find it at Ztrim.com - Best part it not expensive!
