Hi, I tried to do it on my own but ended up joining WW online. I like to make toasted whole wheat pita pockets cut up into triangles. Spray with Pam and top with greek seasoning. Bake at 400 until brown. Serve with 2TBSPS hummus. (3pts-5pts) I also like to keep those 100 cal snack packs around for when I have a sweet tooth. You can check www.aimeesadventures.com or the WW site for free recipes! There is also a free support group there and on myspace also.

When I did weight watchers I still wanted to eat out once and a while and found www.dwlz.com for almost every restaurant you can think of and the point value on their menus. I will look through some of my recipes and try to email some later.
In the mean time hope you like this website.

Good luck

There is a great websit... skinnyweek.com that has many recipes, most of which list the point values. I've made many of these and they have all tasted good so far. I am currently a lifetime member with WW and find these recipes helpful to cook healthfully for the whole family.

I am a 31 year old mom with two kids. My daughter is 8 and my son will be 4 in less than 2 weeks. I have been married 5 years.

Hi Gina,

Good for you doing the weightloss on your own!
I'm a consultant with Arbonne International and maybe you could use our figure 8 website to get some good ideas?
www.gofigure8.com the "chews" which really take the edge off of our appetite are worth one point according to some gals who have done weight watchers.
Let me know if you have any questions www.jvoss.myarbonne.com J.

from what I remember you can go on to the WW website and get a free recipe everyday. if you sign up for their newsletter they will send you recipes every so once or awhile.

If you are looking for something to help you out that doesnt cost go to www.sparkpeople.com it's a lot like WW and totally free. I'm doing that now, actually I'm doing www.babyfit.com cause it has a postpartum breastfeeding program. there are a lot of different sites there for kids, teenagers and families I think. if nothign else there are a lot of recipes there to check out but not with points.

I bought a weight watchers recipe book at Barnes & Noble and it includes all of the nutrition info including points.
