We have so many outdoor toys, and they get so dirty after it rains on them a few times. I thought about moving them to the garage after each use, but that's a lot of work. I thought some kind of cover with a zipper would be good, like a tarp, but is there even a such thing? What do you all do with your toys so they stay in good shape? Thanks!
If it's small to medium sized toys that are the problem we have a Rubbermaid Deck Box on our patio that the kids keep their toys in. Basically it's a toy box outside. Here's the link http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CFOW3O.
If it's larger ride on toys or bikes that are the problem the only solution I've found is to move them into the garage each day.

I just hosed mine down with a high pressure nozzle on the garden hose, then washed them down with dish soap and a wash cloth and hosed them again. Good luck, hope this helps.
Outside toys go in the garage. Dirt and being faded by the sun is one concern; another is that spiders and insects like to make little homes & webs in left out toys... And Texas has some pretty nasty critters that you don't want around your kids! Rule is: you can't take out another toy unless the one you're playing with goes back in the garage...
We have a rubber bench / box. Otherwise bikes, scooters, etc. are in pump house. Look into a small shed maybe. ?

Outside toys, that can be carried, can be placed in a wagon and rolled into the garage. The riding toys, driven into the garage..
The big climbing things, just spray them off. If they can be moved every few weeks, you will be able to save your grass..
Some people will build a pallet for the stay outside climbing toys to sit on, with pebbles, this allows for drainage and keeps them off grass areas.
I have a friend who has 4 young children and actually purchased a Rubbermaid storage building (small) and that is where her kids keep all of their outdoor toys, sidewalk chalk, balls water toys, roller blades, kites. She calls it the "outside closet".
