Some how a nurse's uniform comes to mind ;)
We found out today that my hubby has been accepted into Med School! WOOHOOO! SO EXCITED FOR HIM!
Budget is SUPER tight, but I want to make a fuss. He's going away this weekend for an interview, leaving Thursday. My brain is completely stuck.
Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks moms!
LOL - don't have a nurses uniform (missed all the sales of the halloween stores!) but do have his Lab coat - that'll work!
On a non-naughty note, he's visiting family this weekend along with a business trip, and his mom is going to celebrate Thanksgiving early and have a little party for him :)

OMG Grandma T - I thought the same exact thing.
Wink Wink P. G. - have fun!
And Congrats
I never know what to do :) I'm not that imaginative. But I want to say CONGRATS!
Ah, P., what lovely news! So excited and happy for you both! I wish I could think of something, but I'm stuck too! But I didn't want to not write, because I wanted to say congratulations!
If I can think of something, I'll write back. All I can think of is that if I were in your shoes, I'd be in the bedroom quick, but that's just me! LOL!

i think you need the gift, for all you are going to go thru too, lol
congrats to your husband!!
my husband was accepted into med school & ended up not going due to a great job opportunity.....thank goodness, cause i don't think i could have managed!
Congrats to you and your hubby!!! That is great news!!! How about having a few close family members over for dinner and breaking the news then? GL

Congratulations to hubby!! I'm so glad medical school will take a chance on students over 25!! The real work will begin in the fall.
I agree with the previous posters....a gift and a lot of celebrations in the bedroom. It is going to be huge for your family for a very, very long time and you will need to maintain that closeness when he is hardly ever home and is way too busy. Enjoy your time while you can, medical school is very taxing for single people with no kids.
