Well, we have date nights and I was wondering if you ladies have any ides of things to do other than dinner and a movie. My hubbie can be pretty picky, but I'm hoping you're all more creative than me, I'm kinda lost for ideas?!?!?! Thanks for any suggestions you have :)

Depending on where you are and what time "date night" begins...
-go for a hike in the mountains.
-Bowling
-have a picnic in a park and maybe hit a tennis ball around or play some basketball
-go down town and walk around the art area and have dinner
-look up in the yellow pages (either book or online) and pick out a different type of food than your usual and try that as a new experience.
I hope some of these help. Have a good time on your date!\

my husband and I had the best time when we went to Jillians at Desert Ridge mall. We played video games together, bowled for beer, nad had dinner. It seems goofy but it was alot of fun just letting lose and being young again and silly (I am 37)

Drive-in movie....kinda cheesy but a fun change
Have a sunset picnic at a park
Go bowling

What I used to do when I was dating was go to comedy shows, like the Tempe Improv or Jesters. It was always a good laugh, but you have to buy tickets in advance.

"Date Night", what's that?? I know that if I had some alone time W/ my hubbie we would go out of our way to do things that only adults do!!! It's been so long though, I may have forgotten! Try to get tickets to an event, or concert, go to a place where kids don't enjoy themselves, like a museum or art expo. "West Gate" (over by the stadium) has a wonderful Adult atmosphere and a wine/chocolate tasting bar!! I've been daydreaming of going there since the premier of "Shrek" :) Take a drive and hang out in the dark, cool, AZ night, Watch the sunset at the White tank mountains, it doesn't have to cost a lot to enjoy each other's company!! The fair is in town, or even a "Hunted House", a shooting range might be fun. It all depends on what you each enjoy, and how far you are willing to drive. I hope this helps, good luck and remember sometimes simple is better!!

Starting in another month "wildlife world zoo" (in Goodyear)
is also open at night. They decorate with lights and everything. I know it sounds corny, but its so much fun...and something different to try. Kind of makes you feel like a kid again! Have fun!!! :)
