What to Do with Used Breast Pump?

I have a Medela Pump In Style Advnaced Shoulder Bag Double Electric Breast Pump. I paid $280 for it. I was hoping to get some amount of money in return for it when I was done with it. Well, I used it for a year, and I mean USED it. So, while I took care of it very well, there is some evidence of wear like the lining on the bag has come unstitched and there are a few places were milk spilled on the outside and no amount of cleaning has made it go away.
So, my question is, is there really a market for something like this or should I just donate it to Goodwill? I have seen them for sale on ebay but didn't pay any attention to whether they were actually selling or not. I know that the paperwork with the pump advocated AGAINST using a used pump and that some moms feel very strongly about using a used pump.

What can I do next?

I posted mine on craiglist.org just last week and so far no takers. Probably I'll need to reduce the price. It's in really great shape, too, and I even have some added accessories thrown in!

Still, I'll repost it and I expect eventually I'll get a taker, especially in these tough economic times.

I also understand the reasons why not to buy/sell a used breastpump, but I did end up selling my 4 yr old one. I BF exclusively so only used it for the occassional excess, but the bag got scratched up anyway. I listed mine on craigslist with all the flaws listed and the suggestion that new parts would need to be purchased. I priced it keeping in mind the cost of new tubing, and breast shields. I guess I underpriced it $75 as it sold within a few hours. Best of luck.

I have one too, mine is barely used at all and it is just sitting here. Someone suggested I put it in Craigslist which I'll probably do sometime. I figured I'd wait till I have several things to try to sell there at once. Maybe you can try that too? Let us know if you figure out what to do with it!

I sold my pump at the JBF consignment sale. I forget how I priced it, but you would probably do well selling it on Craigslist. See how much others are selling their pumps for and price it accordingly.

If for some reason, you're unable to sell the pump on Craigslist, try as a consignor during the Fall consignment sales (many of the consignment sales have already passed for Spring, I think JBF is having one in August, but the percentage you get as a consignor has decreased to 65%).
