Immediately... like 4 weeks. Sore breasts, severe implantation pain, poop smelled weird (TMI) lol, several dizzy spells. I forget what else.
How soon after conception did you KNOW you were pregnant?
And what signs/symptoms did you have?
Some women say they KNEW they were pregnant long before they had a positive test. With my son, I knew within a week after conception. My breasts were incredibly sore and swollen, and that was totally out of character - no reason for it whatsoever, so I knew I must be pregnant, and I was...

Let's see I had gone for an HSG dye test in April and then in May I had a "period" but then it suddenly stopped. Then a few days later and I was expecting my period I started again so I thought but it was very abnormal for me. I went and bought the cheapest preggo test I could find because I just knew it was going to be negative but low and behold that thing turned positive within seconds! I called my OB to tell her I was on my period but I took a preggo test that came out positive. She sent me for blood work which confirmed it that I was 2 weeks! After a series of blood test my levels were rising where they should have been so they thought I had an ectopic pregnancy. So I went in for a sonogram and they confirmed at 4 weeks I was not only pregnant in utero but pregnant with twins! I had to wait 7 more days and come back for another ultrasound to confirm that both were viable and they were. Born December 14th and the 15th! 6 lbs even and other was 5 lbs 10 ounces! Perfectly healthy beautiful girls! They are almost 8 now.
I officially found out at 5 weeks, but I knew at around 3 or 4 from my symptoms. I have excruciating pain in my breasts, and was peeing literally every 10 minutes!
Well...for me...I had 5 kids who each went thru the chicken pox...one case at a time...each progressively worse. I also was having periods (albeit very light). The chicken pox 'ran' from st patrick's day thru beginning of may. I finally went to OB in june because of these light periods, and he said. "Michele, I cannot believe a mom of 5 does not know she is pregnant". He sent me for an ultra sound, and that is when I discovered it was TWINS!! They were due december 25th...(actually born in octber...and recently turned 14!!)
I honestly had no clue...lol

i was about 5 or 6 wks cant remember. BUt i woke up one morning and felt sick so i told my husband if i wake up tomorrow and feel sick again then im going to the store to get a pregnancy test. SO i woke up and felt sick again and went to the store a bought 2 test and both came up positive fast. NOw i have a 2 year old girl:) we was trying but it took 2 months to get pregnant with her.
I knew just a few days before my period was due. My breasts were really sore and I just didn't feel right...like something was 'off'.
I have always had implantation bleeding with pregnancy, so I knew by about 7-9 days post ovulation.
I knew almost immediately both times....and I remember having a thought one morning while I was in the shower about having twins...right after I had taken a pregnancy test that came back NEGATIVE....and 2 weeks later when I went to my OB/GYN to find out what in the world was wrong w/ me, guess what? "Oh, this looks like a very healthy early pregnancy..."....moving of the dopplar..."and a 2nd one...congratulations, you're having twins!"
Well... with my 1st I was on business travel and they brought a plate of cookies into the meeting - me who never turns doens cookie got sick from the smell. That was at about 5 weeks, unfortunatly I had a miscarraige at 7 weeks. But with my daughter I found while visiting my sister. I thought the day before my flight that I got my period (and was really grumpy becuase I HATE airport bathrooms) but the next day it seemed to be gone. I thought that was odd, and my sister ran right out to the drug store for a test. THe rest as they say is history...
Each pregnancy was different. with my 1st I would not have known I was prego if it was not for the growing belly and masive kicks from the inside. He was planned so I knew at 3.5 weeks.
2nd he was not a woops but not as planned as my 1st he was the if it happens it happens but we will really start trying by this date. I do not know what told me I was I just knew.
3rd could not be more planned if you tried to, but I felt everything earlier with her and I was so sick, right away. Wow She made up for the boys and I was not sick.
Good Luck!
I guess it was about 3 to 4 weeks. I was really sick, and my husband said jokingly "maybe your pregnant". The thought had never crossed my mind. I took a home pregnancy test to be sure, it was positive.
I don't remember the exact number of weeks, but I would guess no more than 3 weeks. I am not the type of person to cry easily and suddenly I could burst into tears for minor things. It was very disturbing! lol I took a test and it was positive. :)
The first time I had no idea what to expect, but a test confirmed I was pregnant at 3.5 weeks. I am currently expecting, and I had a strong feeling at 3 weeks because I was exhausted again. Sure enough, a test confirmed at 3.5 weeks again.
Hi L.,
Same as you.
