Here is a Politically Incorrect response. After gasping in horror at the suggestion, you can delete it. The changing table isn't really the question so much, it's the changing itself, which she needs to be still for. You need to train her to not flip around during the changes (whether on the floor, bed, table, etc). Tell her to be still (a toy is fine, too), but if she won't quit flipping, swat her thigh or rear (depending on which is feasible). In other words, make her be still. It's not that different from most things -- they need to obey when you say "no" or something else. OK, you can throw out this old-fashioned, unacceptable advice now, but it worked for my kids.
