I have a can of Similac Isomil Advance Soy Formula that was sent to me in the mail from Similac as a sample. It is 12.9 oz and I hate to throw it away, but my son didn't use the soy formula. It has never been opened. I'll gladly give it to someone that needes it. Does anyone know of a place that I could donate it?

Best suggestion I have is check your phone book . . .
Local food bank or womens/childrens shelter would probably appreciate it. Either that or stop by the office of the church nearest to you. They probably know someone in need.
And thanks for thinking about a donation as opposed to the trash heap.
There is a place in Cedar Park, TX called Hope Pregnancy Center that accepts unopened cans of formula, gently used baby clothes/blankets/bibs/etc.
They are at the intersection of Osage & Hwy 183 in a small strip center.

I have done this many times at the WIC office off of Mays in Round Rock. They will appreciate it.
Check on Freecycle. You may have to join if you are not a member, but it is free. It is a yahoo group and they have them for all the different areas (Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, etc) If you're not a member then this is the perfect time. When you join you always have to "offer" something first before making any "need" requests. You might get a lot of replies for those wanting what you are offering, but you can choose who to give it to. That's is always the hard part, but things do get freecycled to good homes. Good luck!
I gave mine to Any Baby Can. They are in downtown Austin. I think on E. 5th or 7th.
Have you tried the Round Rock Serving Center?
The Agape Pregnancy Center in Round Rock is always in need of diapers, formula and baby items. You might also try the Texas Baptist Children's Home in Round Rock.
